Import Leads from Google Ads & Meta Ads
If you run lead-form ads, Conviro can pull those submissions into your Leads dashboard automatically — no CSV downloads, no copy-paste. Available on Pro, Growth and Enterprise.
Where: Dashboard -> Integrations -> Ad platforms.
Google Ads (Lead Form Extensions)
- Click Connect Google Ads and authorize your account.
- Select the Google Ads account you want to sync.
- Create (or keep) a Lead Form Extension in your Google Ads campaign.
- That's it. Conviro checks for new submissions every 5 minutes and imports them.
Imported leads appear in Dashboard -> Leads with a "Google Ads" badge, and the campaign name is stored as the lead's source detail so you can tell which campaign produced it.
Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram Lead Ads)
- Click Connect Meta Ads and sign in with Meta.
- Choose the Facebook Page your lead ads run under.
- Conviro subscribes to that page's lead events for you.
Meta lead-form (Instant Form) submissions arrive in real time — as soon as someone submits, the lead is in Conviro.
What happens to an imported lead
- It is deduplicated by email, so the same person submitting twice does not create two records.
- It is written to your Leads list and the contact timeline like any other lead.
- Your webhooks fire for it, so Zapier / Make / n8n / your CRM receive it too.
Disconnecting
Open the same Integrations section and click Disconnect on the platform. Existing leads stay; only the sync stops.
Troubleshooting
- No leads arriving from Google Ads: confirm the campaign really uses a Lead Form Extension, and that the connected Google Ads account is the one running it. The sync runs every 5 minutes, so allow a few minutes.
- No leads arriving from Meta: re-open the connection and make sure a Page is selected — the subscription is per-Page, not per-account.
- Plan: ad platform imports are not available on Free or Starter.
What this is NOT
This imports leads FROM your ad platforms. Conviro does not create, edit, buy or optimize ads, and does not send outbound marketing messages.
