The assistant closes the booking where the customer is already typing
Most tools use WhatsApp as a reminder channel. Conviro finishes the booking there: it reads the open times from your calendar, numbers them for a channel that has no buttons, the customer answers with a digit, and the appointment lands in your own calendar.
What it does
Built for real customer conversations
Plain-text channels have no buttons, no dropdowns and no date picker. So the assistant writes the open times as a numbered list and a single digit is enough to choose — the same on WhatsApp and Instagram DM. Web chat gets tappable options instead. On every channel the times come from the calendar, and a booking is confirmed only if the calendar accepted it.
Best fit
Clinics, salons and studios
The WhatsApp question “anything free this week?” becomes a booking without leaving the conversation.
Instagram enquiries
Turns a profile DM into a booked time without sending anyone to a separate link.
Sales calls
Turns a high-intent question into a calendared meeting without a form detour.
What it does today
- Books conversationally on WhatsApp, Instagram DM and web chat — in your customer’s language.
- Checks availability and records the booking on Conviro’s built-in calendar, or on your own Google Calendar, Outlook / Microsoft 365 or ICS feed — your data, no lock-in.
- Only ever confirms a booking the calendar actually accepted — it never invents a slot or a time.
- GDPR-compliant and EU-hosted, with admin controls for exactly what the assistant may do.
- Emails confirmations and reminders, with links for customers to reschedule or cancel on their own.
Not yet — so you know what you’re buying
- SMS and WhatsApp reminders and automated no-show follow-ups — on the roadmap, not shipped yet.
Key capabilities
Built around the channel's limits
In plain text the times are numbered and chosen by digit; in web chat they are tappable. The same flow, in whichever interface the channel allows.
Availability from your calendar
Times are read from the calendar you connect: Google Calendar, Outlook, an ICS feed, or Conviro's own calendar.
No invented slots
A booking is confirmed only if the calendar accepted it, so the assistant cannot state a time of its own.
In the customer's language
The flow stays the same as channel and language change; the assistant runs it in whatever language the customer writes.
Human handoff at the boundary
Anything urgent, sensitive or out of scope is passed to your team with the conversation's context.
Operational outcomes
The booking closes where it was asked
No jump to a separate page, and no channel change between question and confirmation.
The calendar stays yours
Confirmed appointments are written to the calendar you control. Your data, no lock-in.
Confirmations are safe
The assistant only states a time the calendar actually accepted.
