Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in.
What happens if I hit my message limit?
On Free and Starter, messages pause until next month. On Pro and Growth, overage messages are billed in blocks so your bot never stops.
What is AI response capacity?
Messages count how many replies your workspace processes. AI response capacity reflects how much AI processing those replies use. Longer conversations, richer context, and advanced AI modes can use capacity faster than simple short answers. If capacity gets high, Conviro first optimizes responses with Fast mode before pausing AI replies at the limit.
What AI modes are available?
Fast mode uses optimized models for instant replies. Balanced combines speed with quality. Smart uses premium models for complex conversations. The 80/20 rule applies: at least 80% of traffic uses Fast mode.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancel anytime. Access continues through the current paid period and no further renewal charge is made. Payments are generally non-refundable, except where mandatory law or an exception in our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies. You can try the Free web chat plan before upgrading.
