Lead Capture & Forms

Features

Lead Capture & Forms

Conviro automatically detects visitor intent and captures leads through AI-driven conversations and custom forms.

Automatic Lead Detection

The AI monitors conversations for buying signals:

  • Pricing inquiries ("How much does it cost?")
  • Product comparisons ("Do you have X feature?")
  • Demo requests ("Can I see a demo?")
  • Contact intent ("I want to talk to sales")

When detected, the AI naturally asks for the visitor's name and email to follow up.

Custom Lead Forms

Create tailored lead capture forms at Dashboard -> Lead Forms -> New Form.

Form Builder Features

  • Drag-and-drop fields -- name, email, phone, company, custom fields
  • Conditional logic -- show/hide fields based on previous answers
  • Pre-chat forms -- collect info before the conversation starts
  • In-chat forms -- trigger a form mid-conversation via Flow Builder
  • Styling -- match your brand colors and fonts

Embedding a Lead Form

Lead forms can be:

  • Triggered automatically by the chatbot during conversation
  • Displayed as a pre-chat screen before the visitor starts chatting
  • Linked to a Flow Builder node

Lead Scoring

Conviro assigns a score to each lead based on:

  • Engagement level -- number of messages, session duration
  • Intent signals -- pricing page visits, demo requests
  • Form completeness -- how many fields they filled in
  • Channel -- e.g. WhatsApp leads may score higher for certain businesses

View lead scores in Dashboard -> Contacts -> Lead Score column.

CRM Integration

Sync leads to your existing CRM:

  • Webhooks -- fire a lead.captured event to your CRM endpoint
  • Zapier / Make / n8n -- use pre-built integrations to push leads to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.
  • REST API -- programmatically access and manage leads

Best Practices

  • Keep pre-chat forms short (name + email only) to maximize completion rates.
  • Use the AI's natural conversation flow to collect additional data organically.
  • Set up a Flow Builder automation to tag and route leads by intent (e.g. "pricing-lead", "demo-lead").
  • Review the Leads section in Analytics weekly to measure conversion rates.
