Branch / Location Contacts

Branch / Location Contacts

If your business has more than one location, you want the bot to hand out the correct phone number for each one — not a number it guessed from the prompt. Branch contacts let you store the real details for every branch, store, campus, or service point. When a visitor asks for a number (or mentions an area), the bot returns the exact contact you configured.

Where to set it up

Dashboard -> Assistants -> [your bot] -> Setup -> Locations tab.

Steps

  1. Open your bot's Setup and click the Locations tab.
  2. Under "What do you call your locations?" pick the word your customers use: branch, store, campus, or service point.
  3. Click Add location and fill in the row:
  • Name (required) — e.g. "Kadıköy Branch"
  • Areas / districts — the neighbourhoods this location serves (this is how the bot matches a visitor who says "are you in X?")
  • Phone — the real number the bot will give out
  • Email (optional)
  • Address (optional)
  1. Add as many locations as you need, then click Save.

Why it matters

  • The bot returns the exact phone from your config — it never fabricates or hallucinates a number.
  • When a visitor mentions a district, the bot routes them to the right branch automatically.
  • Update a number here once and every channel (web, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram) uses it.

> Tip: Write phone numbers in full international format (e.g. +90 216 000 00 00). Fill in Areas / districts carefully — it is the signal the bot uses to pick the right branch.
