Yes. The assistant replies in the DM, checks your Google Calendar and books the appointment there and then — the same on WhatsApp and your website. One assistant, one shared calendar.
Does it know how long a service takes?+
It blocks the time you configure for each service, so a two-hour colour doesn’t get squeezed into a 30-minute gap. It only offers slots your calendar can actually fit.
Is there a booking page like Calendly?+
Not today — Conviro books inside the chat rather than on a separate booking page. A standalone booking widget is on our roadmap, but right now the magic happens in the conversation your clients are already having.
Can clients reschedule themselves?+
Not through a self-service screen yet. They can message the assistant, or your team can move the appointment in Google Calendar as usual.
