Does it send appointment reminders?+
Not yet — reminders and no-show follow-ups are on our roadmap. Today it books the visit and writes the event to your calendar, so your existing Google Calendar reminders still work as usual.

No. It books appointments and answers practical questions from your knowledge base. Anything clinical, painful or urgent is handed to your team with the full conversation — the assistant never gives medical advice.
