In-Chat Product Carousel
When a visitor asks about products, the bot can answer with a swipeable carousel of product cards instead of plain text. Each card shows the product image, title, price, and a link straight to the product page — turning a chat into a shopping experience.
How to enable it
There is no separate toggle. The carousel turns on automatically once you connect a commerce integration and product search is working:
- Go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Integrations.
- Connect Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce (see each integration's setup guide).
- Once the store is connected and the bot can search your catalogue, it returns product cards whenever a question is about products.
What's on each card
- Product image (a placeholder is shown if the product has no image)
- Product title
- Price in your store's currency
- An out-of-stock badge when a product is unavailable
- A "View product" button that opens the product page
Sales tracking
Every product link is automatically tagged with UTM parameters — utm_source=conviro&utm_medium=chat&utm_campaign=product_carousel — so you can measure chat-driven traffic and sales in your analytics. Any UTM parameters already on your product URLs are preserved.
Requirements
- A connected commerce integration (Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce)

> Tip: Make sure your products have images and prices in your store — they flow straight into the cards and make the carousel far more clickable.
