Telegram Notifications
Send new leads, tickets, and handoff requests straight to a Telegram group, so your team sees them the moment they happen. Setup is a quick pairing flow — no bot tokens to manage.
Where to set it up
Dashboard -> Settings -> Workspace Profile -> Telegram Group Notifications.
Steps
- Create (or open) the Telegram group where you want the alerts.
- In Workspace Profile, find Telegram Group Notifications and click Connect Telegram.
- Click Add to Telegram group — this opens Telegram and adds the Conviro notification bot to your group.
- If it doesn't connect automatically, send this message inside the group:
/pair <your code>(the code is shown in the dashboard and is valid for 15 minutes).
- Back in the dashboard, click Check connection.
- When it shows Connected with your group name, click Test to send a test message.
What gets posted
- New leads captured by the bot
- New tickets and escalations
- Handoff requests when a visitor asks for a human
Managing it
- Test — send a test message to confirm it's working.
- Disconnect — stop notifications to that group.
> Tip: Use a dedicated group (e.g. "Conviro Alerts") so notifications don't get lost in a busy team chat. Anyone in the group sees every alert, so keep the membership to people who should handle leads and tickets.
