Telegram Notifications

Telegram Notifications

Send new leads, tickets, and handoff requests straight to a Telegram group, so your team sees them the moment they happen. Setup is a quick pairing flow — no bot tokens to manage.

Where to set it up

Dashboard -> Settings -> Workspace Profile -> Telegram Group Notifications.

Steps

  1. Create (or open) the Telegram group where you want the alerts.
  2. In Workspace Profile, find Telegram Group Notifications and click Connect Telegram.
  3. Click Add to Telegram group — this opens Telegram and adds the Conviro notification bot to your group.
  • If it doesn't connect automatically, send this message inside the group: /pair <your code> (the code is shown in the dashboard and is valid for 15 minutes).
  1. Back in the dashboard, click Check connection.
  2. When it shows Connected with your group name, click Test to send a test message.

What gets posted

  • New leads captured by the bot
  • New tickets and escalations
  • Handoff requests when a visitor asks for a human

Managing it

  • Test — send a test message to confirm it's working.
  • Disconnect — stop notifications to that group.

> Tip: Use a dedicated group (e.g. "Conviro Alerts") so notifications don't get lost in a busy team chat. Anyone in the group sees every alert, so keep the membership to people who should handle leads and tickets.
