WhatsApp One-Click Connect (Embedded Signup)

Embedded Signup is the fast way to add WhatsApp: you sign in with Meta, pick (or create) your WhatsApp Business Account, and Conviro handles the webhook subscription and token automatically. No Meta Developer app, no pasted tokens.

Requirements

• Pro plan or above
• A Meta / Facebook Business account
• At least one chatbot in Conviro

Steps

1. Go to Dashboard -> Settings -> WhatsApp Channel Setup.
2. If you have more than one bot, choose the bot under Attach to chatbot.
3. Click Connect WhatsApp.
4. Sign in with Meta and pick (or create) your WhatsApp Business Account and phone number.
5. Done — Conviro subscribes the webhook and stores the token. Your bot now replies to WhatsApp messages.

Billing note (important)

WhatsApp message fees are charged by Meta directly to your own WhatsApp Business Account — add a payment method in Meta Business Manager to keep messages sending. Conviro never charges per message. Replies to customers who message you first (service conversations) are free; only business-initiated template messages are billed by Meta.

If one-click isn't available yet

For some accounts WhatsApp is still provisioned by the Conviro team. In that case, email [email protected] with:

1. The WhatsApp Business phone number you want to connect
2. Your Meta Business Manager name (or its ID)
3. Which Conviro chatbot the channel should attach to
