Yes. The assistant replies in the DM, checks your Google Calendar and books the trial or intro session there and then — the same on WhatsApp and your website. One assistant, one shared calendar, replying in the member's language.
How does it avoid double-booking a class or session?+
It reads your Google Calendar's free/busy, offers only times that are genuinely open, and writes the confirmed session into the calendar. It never confirms a slot the calendar didn't accept, so you don't get double-booked slots or invented times.
Does it send class reminders or chase no-shows?+
Not yet — reminders and no-show follow-ups are on our roadmap. Today it books the session and writes the event to your calendar, so your existing Google Calendar reminders still apply as usual.
Can it recommend a training plan or advise on an injury?+
No. It books trials and sessions and answers practical questions about your schedule and memberships. Anything about injuries, health conditions or training programming is handed to a coach with the full conversation — the assistant never gives medical or training advice.
