Does it answer in the patient’s language?+
Yes. Conviro detects the language the patient writes in and replies — and books — in that language across web chat, WhatsApp and Instagram DM.
How does booking stay accurate?+
The assistant reads your Google Calendar’s free/busy, offers only open times, and writes the confirmed session into the calendar. It never confirms a time the calendar didn’t accept, so therapists don’t get double-booked.
Can it advise patients about their condition?+
No. It books assessments and follow-ups and answers practical questions. Anything about symptoms, treatment or urgency is handed to a therapist with the full conversation — the assistant never gives medical advice.
Does it remind patients before their session?+
Not yet — reminders and no-show follow-ups are on the roadmap. Today it books the session and writes the event to your calendar, so your existing calendar reminders still apply.
